Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Times As we work with multiple suppliers, shipping times vary by product and supplier location:
- Canada: 7–20 business days
- United States: 10–25 business days
- International: 14–35 business days
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.
Multiple Shipments If your order contains items from different suppliers, they may arrive in separate packages at different times.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues outside our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at lotuselle@yahoo.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
